“ Great place to get boudin and other Louisianan products. If you cant make it to Scott, La, then this is the best option for some great boudin. ”
“ From a SW Louisiana native who has been transplanted outside of the state for to many years, the smoked boudin is excellent and I love, love, love the chicken cracklin! I am looking forward to the next time I get to visit Houston. The Best Stop Cajun Market is a required stop! You will be thankful! ”
“ So glad they opened a location in Texas! Now we dont have to drive out of state to enjoy our cajun favorites. Weve tried most of the staples and theyre just as good as the one in Scott. You wont find Cajun food this good anywhere else in town! ”
“ We are so excited this is in Katy! We ALWAYS go and stock up at the original in Scott, LA. The red beans and rice, pork cracklings and boudin is so good to just buy at counter. The pepper jack boudin balls are amazing. We love the sausages. We actually asked about a specific sausage at this location that we had in Scott and he told us to come back in the morning, in which we did and they made it fresh for us right then and there. The staffing is very friendly! We absolutely will be back! Again, so happy you are in Katy! ”
“ Excited to have a new stop for amazing fresh Cajun food, especially loved the smoked boudin, amazing smoke decent amount of spice and so good I basically finished in one bite...but they also have fresh pork chicken crackljngs double fried breadedbattered bagged chicharrones to my lay LA indoctrination. Crawfish pie was ridiculous too! They do king cakes in Janfeb also 4th of July time, fyi. No cafe du monde but community coffee is also a great chicory coffee they have here, not sure if its a blend of chicory here but most commonly community brand is...Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating answering all my stupid questions and letting me have samples of everything, lucky me! Def plan on making this a regular stop for the chicharoones, boudin friendly folk! ”
“ The Boudain balls are my favorite. Great customer service and selection of meats and spices ”
“ If you have not made it here, yall need to run!!! OMyGoodness!!! I had the crab burger Its like a Nice size fat crab cake in between buns. And I ordered it with sweet potatoe fries.. They arent shaddy with the amount they put. My husband had their BoudinBoodin poboy w their loaded fries. He said it was grub! My only complaint was the grilled cheese we ordered for my 13yo. I couldve just made her that here at home. But she did like potatoe wedges we ordered her. I mean its a grilled cheese nothing major.. So I dont want to diss them on that though it was whatever. But what they really known for didnt disappoint! Last time I had Boudin was when I was 10 years old. That was over 30 yrs. It was soooo good yall. Check them out they have prepackaged and fresh meat. They also have a menu for the holidays. If we stay in town we may just have to order some items. If not we buying frozen tontake to the fam in CA. ”
